personally, I don't believe in God. My parents read to me in bed a lot when I was a little kid, and a lot of my favorite stories were ancient Greek and Roman myths. In a way, I feel that christianity is our modern myth ... who knows what we'll have in another 1000 years ...

Regarding our government falling apart, I don't think so. It was fairly well designed from the get go, and has served as best a government really can. This election was close because neither candidate excited the american public. We take our system for granted, and about half of us do not vote. So a candidate has to put on a circus show in order to amaze people into taking 20 minutes of their PRECIOUS time and VOTE. Why is this such a difficult concept for people?

Although you do have a point, Bush being president certainly will add to the disintegration of our country =) Maybe he is the antichrist

...And a Happy New Year
