If you already have a PayPal account, login and follow the prompts. If you don't have a PayPal account already, fill out the "Enter your Credit Card information" section. (Do not click on the "Signup for PayPal" link under the "login now" button, unless you do not live in the United States and need to register for an international account.) When you hit the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page, PayPal will prompt you to fill out a one page form to set up your PayPal account. The card verification number consists of the 3 digits after your card number listed on the back of your credit card. If your card does not have a verification number, leave this box blank. Be sure to click on the box at the end of the account form to indicate that you have read and agree to the terms of use.
